KrafGems personalised champagne/wine box is laser engraved with your chosen name and year to add that personal touch.

Vintage year, Aged to perfection and grapes will automatically be engraved as per the images shown.

Returns & Cancellations

We gladly accept returns & cancellations, however the following conditions apply:

• We do not accept returns/cancellations on any personalised items
• Contact us within 14 days of delivery
• Despatch items back within 30 days of delivery

 We do not accept exchanges

• Please contact us if you have any problems with your order

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged

• Custom or personalised. Unless they arrive damaged or defective

Conditions of return

• Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value

Delivery cost is provided at checkout.

Free delivery on orders over £50.

Please allow up to 2 days for manufacture from reciept of order.

Delivery is 3 - 5 business days with Evri.
