• We do not accept returns/cancellations on any personalised items
• Contact us within 14 days of delivery
• Despatch items back within 30 days of delivery

• Please contact us if you have any problems with your order

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged

• Custom or personalised. Unless they arrive damaged or defective

• Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value
